Here's How to Reach Us!
Contact, Connection, and Communication. It's important to us. That's why we answer the phone when you call 817.305.0300 and reply quickly to emails sent to [email protected]. Our niche (and what people tell me they appreciate most) is being able to actually reach someone to talk to on the first try.
The answer to any question you may have will probably be found on the "ANSWERS" page. However, if you don't find your answer there after reading through that, don't hesitate to contact me.
Office hours are 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday. If I don't answer the phone when you call, please leave a message so I can call you back. If you don't receive an immediate response to your email during business hours, please call to make sure it was received, because I generally respond to emails immediately.
IMPORTANT: Our preferred method of communication is email so that we have a paper trail of all our discussions. Our phone number is a landline that cannot accept texts, so that's why all communication must be handled through email.
Our Service Areas
Our home base is in Colleyville, so Jim generally services nearby towns like Argyle, Bedford, Carrollton, Colleyville, Coppell, Euless, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Haltom City, Haslet, Hurst, Justin, Keller, Lewisville, Northlake, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Roanoke, Saginaw, Southlake, Trophy Club, Watauga, and Westlake.
These towns typically indicate our maximum travel range. Locations outside these areas would incur a daily trip charge, which can range between $25-$50. If you're unsure whether your location would incur a trip charge, just call Debbie at 817.305.0300 or email [email protected] to check for sure.
And of course, the most important thing in our lives is sharing our love for Christ and pointing others to him for eternal salvation. If you haven't received that free gift from God, click on the cross to read how. If you have any questions, please let us know!
Although we have high-quality work ethics and skills, what drives our excellence is Who we're ultimately serving. Colossians 3:23: "Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are doing it for the Lord Himself and not merely for others." We're working for the Lord and not for man. It's important and drives our every decision in life.
